- 26 February 2012 - Service 3/4/4A in Holbrooks and 27 in Stoke algamated to form new route 4 as part of Coventry Network Review. The full service is operated by bendy buses.
- 7 June 2013 - Some of the Mercedes-Benz O503G Citaros are branded in lilac to match the colour coded network map.
