Written by Arthur Baker, Lotti Golden, and Tommy Faragher, the single became Dayne's fifth consecutive top 10 single in the United States, reaching #5 on Billboard's Hot 100 in December 1989. This was her first single to ever include a non-album track for a B-side ("All I Ever Wanted" written by A. Forbes/P.Lallemend/T. Derkach, 1989).
