XOJET is an on-demand private jet charter company based in Brisbane, California, with a 24/7 operations center at McClellan Airfield near Sacramento, California and sales offices located in New York City, New York and Newport, California.

Now the third largest private jet company in the industry, following NetJets and FlexJet, XOJET offers modern day private jet consumers more benefits and value when compared to leading jet card programs and fractional ownership without complex contracts and large upfront capital.

XOJET is the only business aviation company to rank first or second in all of the ARG/US Platinum safety rating categories.[1][2]

History

XOJET CESSNA 750

XOJET was founded in 2006 as a private jet charter company with customers purchasing a set number of flight hours to use per year similar to Fractional ownership. From 2009 the company started to operate fixed-price one-way charters between major cities in the United States, at first between the east and west coasts but later extended to other cities.[3]

Investors

XOJET is owned and controlled by TPG Capital and Aabar PJS, two of the world's largest private capital investors.

Fleet

XOJET owns and operates the largest floating charter fleet of Wi-Fi-equipped Bombardier Challenger 300 and Cessna Citation X super mid-size jets in the industry. The complementary fleet types provide one of the largest competitive advantages, offering clients the space of the Challenger 300 and speed of a Citation X.[4]

Through a partner program, XOJET has access to a full range of about 1,000 on-demand private planes that include the Hawker 400XP, Hawker 800XP, Gulfstream G-V and more.[5]

Services

The company offers a number of private jet charter programs that allow customers to choose their arrival and departure points, then book if the flight is available, or use a fixed-price charter on pre-defined routes when available. [6]
