Marcel de Souza

Marcel Ramon Ponickwar de Souza (born December 4, 1956 in Campinas) is a retired Brazilian professional basketball player and a professional basketball coach.
Brazilian national team
De Souza played at 4 FIBA World Championships: (1974, 1978, 1982, and 1990). He totaled 32 games played and 399 points scored during those competitions, and he won a bronze medal at the 1978 tournament. De Souza also played for Brazil in the Summer Olympic Games of 1980, 1984, 1988, and 1992.
